Ihop

Tried to order online for in-store pickup but it kept saying the store was unable to take online orders at the time. So I went to the location on Madison St. And explained my situation with the server on duty. She switched some things on the order around and was able to give me the price I would have paid online with the online coupon, plus a extra few saved cents! Thanks for all ur help

Love the milkshakes. There is 1 waitress who stereotypes. I brought my backpack inside with me instead of leaving it in the car. She assumed I was homeless and told me I had to pay for my milkshake before she would make it for me. She said it was policy. When I sked the person in the booth next to me if he had to pay before he got his food or drinks (had the same waitress), he told me no he was not asked to pay first. I asked to talk to the manager, she called him on the phone and told him there was a customer who was refusing to pay for his food. I ended up not giving them my business that day. I did call their corporate number and made a formal complaint. But i do love the milkshakes there and I have been there a handful of times since then and have not been asked to pay upfront. I haven't had that waitress again either. All the other serving staff is great though.

Always a great place to end the night after the hill. Wait times can be long, but what can you expect for one of the only surrounding diners in cap hill aside from lost lake or 13 coins. Food is always surprisingly good, even for an ihop. Service is great and have never really had an issue of any sort!

IHOP delivered an outstanding brunch experience! The Chicken Fajita was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavors. Pairing it with the Egg Benedict and crispy hash browns was a savory delight. The French Toast added a sweet touch to the meal. Undoubtedly, the Chicken Fajita stole the show for me. Kudos to IHOP for not only their fantastic food but also their exceptional customer service. A definite recommendation for all brunch enthusiasts!
