Single Shot

The pancake was incredible! Definitely an all around winner with our group. The staff is great, the coffee was nice, and everyone liked their food. Individually we got the seasonal hash (a bit spicy), the loco moco, and the eggs Benedict and then split the pancake and had leftovers. It was really wonderful.

Great food, slow service. They do exceptionally well with cook of the steak, and meat is always so tender every time I visit but the only thing is that food doesn’t get served until I feel like I can lick the remaining sauces on the plate. Flat breads are a must try here!! They get baked out of their traditional oven and it always tastes so fresh. Their drinks are also very good! Ugh wish Single Shot opened late as a bar as well!! Try their penicillin and cocktail with matcha infused vodka

The pancakes were well worth the 20 minutes it says to give them to make it! So delicious and would definitely come back for them. The salmon lox on sourdough was good, it was more on the basic side and I think I would have like the egg a bit more runny to spread easier. The service was really great! I’d go back.

Decided to try Single Shot for my daughters birthday experience and it was beyond exceptional. From the minute we arrived to the end of our night we were beyond pleased. Amy our server was amazing and Roy the owner was so accommodating. The food was so delicious! Everything was was literally perfect! I highly recommend and will definitely be back:)

One of best brunch places in Seattle! The place is hidden in the outskirts of Cap Hill neighborhood, next to Top Pot Doughnuts. As it was far from busy streets, eating outdoor was pleasant. The foods are bit smaller quantity than other brunch places', which I actually liked (no leftover!). Among three dishes (Eggs Benedict, Pancake, and Loco Moco), the strawberry pancake was my favorite. The pancake was crispy on the corner and fluffy & warm inside, while the strawberry & whipped cream were fresh and cold. I might go back for the take out of that pancake 🙂

Came here for a Saturday brunch with a prior reservation. The place is very cozy with a nice decor. I took the pork hash which was pretty good. My friend who recommended the place took the eggs Benedict and it was pretty darn good. I saw at least 6 other tables order the same. My wife took the mushroom omelette which was a solid 5/5 for presentation and tasted pretty good as well. We also got a cappuccino which was not that great on the presentation and tasted okay. I went with my usual, black coffee(drip) which somehow tastes the same everywhere to be honest. I will definitely come back again and do recommend the eggs Benedict. For next time I want to try the loco Moco.
