I try to stop here regularly as I commute long distances each weekend. I use the word try intentionally. Last weekend they were rude when I showed up at 730, and today they turned me away at 715 despite being in the middle of making a sandwich for the lady in front of me. They had everything to make a sandwich in the cooler.

This is best subway in the america. I never ate sandwich like this kind of before. They are making very fresh bread everyday . I tried subway near by my areas , virginia and maryland but i don’t like anyone except this one. I wish i can rate you 10 stars. Sandwich artist has art to make sandwich and this branch’s employee have art that kind of. Thanks a lot for feel us special. I am sure we will visit again n again

I went to get a sandwiches around 2:30pm and the employee was so rude, she kept talking to another employee while taking my order and then she made me repeate four times of what kind of breads I needed! Then she rushed her way to finish the sandwich! Didn’t even ask us for drinks or cookies. She made us feel insulted! Train your employees before putting them to work, she didn’t even put napkins in our sandwich bags, didn’t mentioned the difference of the sandwiches! Such a bad experience I would never go back there again! You’re loosing customers because of employees like these!
