Wendy's

Expectations are not outrageously high for fast food restaurants, but this one is barely holding on. I've been here ~3 times in the last few weeks and twice my order has been incorrect (not even close). On the other visit, the drive through was empty and I was told their system went down and they weren't taking orders. When open, waits in the drive through are 30-45 minutes long and the dining room is closed, so there's no recourse for incorrect orders. Staff seems confused and lacking management. I understand and empathize with staffing and supply issues, for all parties involved, but if you want to exchange money for food (that you ordered), avoid this place, at least for now, if possible.

There seems to be an issue after 8 pm. I've been coming to this location since it opened and until recently they've been pretty on point. Last two time I tried to come here the line doesn't budge...after a while you start to question your life choices. How you ended up here, will you get to try the new strawberry frosty? Why am I almost 37 with no real goal in life? This line still hasn't moved...need fast food, not fast enough...if it's a staffing issue I hope it gets resolved...or I just have to not get my late night munchies from this location anymore.

Terrible. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 of which made it into the bag. The last sandwich wasn't there. To make matters worse, after driving around back through the drive thru, I was told that the sandwich wasn't there. I suppose that's my fault? To top it all off, the missing sandwich was supposed to be a plain hamburger with extra pickle and ketchup. So what was on the receipt? A $6.00 "single cheese". So not only was the burger missing, but it was put in wrong to begin with. I wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that the kid taking the order was sitting there on his cell phone as we pulled up. I could understand if this was a large order with many different items, but it was 3 sandwiches, two of which were meals. I'm only one customer, but I'll never stop at this Wendy's again.

First off these people don't close until 11. Then they tell us they don't take direct drive through orders. To top that off they only take mobile orders. Their mobile app kept shutting off so I couldn't fix my sandwich. Well get to the drive through and asked them to not put pickle on my sandwich. Well what do they do put pickle on my sandwich. Now I can't eat dinner and my blood sugar is gonna drop.

Was there last night at 9pm.....had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order and there was only two cars ahead of me, so it wasn't because they were busy and the girl who finally took my order was rude and unhelpful. When I got to the window to pay the boy walked away and had me sit there for another 6 minutes before he came back to take my money. Pulled up to the next window and two girls were having a good laugh and then decided to leave and I waited but again for them to bring my food which was lukewarm so I paid $19.00 for. No one said thankyou or something like that. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.....where was a Manager last night????

Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to have them screw up the burger AND NOT BE OPEN INSIDE so I could go in to have it remade. Had to sit for another 10 minutes with everything else in the bag getting cold. OPEN THE INSIDE or at the very least learn to make orders correctly if it’s going to take so long!
