I will not be back to this location. After a long road trip, I was finally home and starving. I went to the drive thru and had to wait for about 5 minutes to be greeted, due to all employees standing around behind the building. After they made it inside, I was told they only had side items left. When you close at 9pm there is no reason to not have your fryers on and ready still at 8pm. Pure laziness.

Chicken fingers and buffalo sauce were both good. Cole slaw was good. Biscuits were little under cooked. Good visit. Price for 3 piece combo and 4 piece fingers combo with extra french fry side was $25.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible food, horrible customer service and lobby was nasty. Popcorn chicken had sat for so long there was no meat in. Chicken breast had sat so long it was completely dry. Manager had a smart mouth when we asked for a partial refund, when we should have asked for a whole refund.

If I could give less stars I would. Our chicken was pink and slimy. The staff was rude, even before mentioning the undercooked food. I do not recommend KFC in Scottsboro.

Takes quite awhile to get your food. The lighting in the parking lot needs redone. The sign definitely could use some TLC. At least they’re open when they say they’re open.

Terrible experience, stopped in around 8PM on a Friday and they where out of a lot of normal stuff. The chicken and biscuits that they did have was dry and hard. They held that stuff way too long, should have been thrown away and replace awhile ago…

We got what was supposed to be Popcorn chicken. Actually received a bunch of hard scraps from bottom of the bag. This was one more chance for this KFC. Last visit for my family.

The chicken was soggy and the breading falling off of both the extra crispy and the original. The coleslaw was good, as usual.
