Great customer service today at about 6:30pm. Customer came in and made a big scene, but the girls working handled it really well.

Thank you for being open and taking coupons that no one in Albany would take (shame on them). This subway even answered the phone when I called...great service....they did good teamwork.
Manager made a good decision by not alienating the same customers their company targeted...smart business!

Watch out for stale rolls. Unwrapped my sub only to find that this roll was very stale. Took me by surprise as Subway shops can usually be counted on to deliver a reasonable product. Unfortunately, you won't find it here.
I called the manager who claimed it was "impossible" as they get rid of old rolls every morning. HA! I don't think so.
To save the cost of fresh rolls, you have lost my business (and probably others). Penny wise and pound foolish.

Great staff-Great service! They are professional and friendly. The Steak and cheese with onions, green peppers, black olives, a few jalapeños nd American cheese in a spinach wrap makes me happy everytime! Try it! Lol
