Fortune Cookie

I ordered from this Restaurant on 5/5/2022 on Doordash. The prices are a bit high on Doordash but the delivery was only $1.99 for my location 9mins away. My order included Sweet and Sour Chicken Meal, Bottle of Sprite and Fried Dumplings. Anytime I order from a new Chinese restaurant I will always order the S&S chicken. This is a basic dish and it's hard to get wrong. Fortune Cookie's S&S was exactly as it should be. The chicken was fried nicely and were nice size pieces. not to small or large. The pork fried rice that came with it was the basic fair. Nothing outstanding but it was a good portion. The Sprite was cold and as it should be. The Fried Dumplings are where I had some concerns. It had a burnt smell and was a bit darker in spots than it should be. I held some concerns because of this but after taking a bit the concerns proved incorrect. The dumpling was soft and crunch were it needed to be. the inside was filled with meat and juices. I tried the dipping sauce it came with which was the only part of the meal I didn't like. it was very salty. I ended up using the packets of soy sauce and duck sauce that came with the meal. Overall I give 4 stars(5 stars for me are only given for the best of the best)

Fortune Cookie is always consistently delicious, hot, and plentiful. They always read my "special instructions" and follow them to the tee!!! I've tried many of the Chinese/Asian places in our area and none compare to Fortune Cookie. You can always count on your order being correct, hot and delicious, and delivered or prepared very quickly. Prices are great and their customer service is outstanding. Just wanted to put it out there, if you're looking for something great to eat and quick service, whether ordering online or by phone, you won't be disappointed. Outstanding establishment, food, and people!!!!!!! Thanks Fortune Cookie!
