Okay I love subway. Don't get me wrong food is good and all but this subway that I went to the two ladies on shift were so rude. It was hard for me to stay calm and I am genuinely nice but I almost flipped. I don't know they're names so if the manager happens to see this this is the host order id 6426011426797149.

I have gone here with friends multiple times around 6:30 and despite saying subway is open, been refused service saying either the “service is down” or just “we arent open” even though subway should clearly be open and according to the hours on the website they are open. I think the staff members are just lazy because the doors are always open but the staff says it’s closed. If you really are closed please change the hours on your website so we can actually come and get food.

I’ve gone to Subways 3 times in the past 2 weeks. First time was at 7:30, 2nd time at 7:00 and the third time (tonight) at 6:15. All three times the lady (young African American woman) refused to serve us. The first two times she said it was too late and they were closed even though their website says they close at 8. And the third time she was claiming “she didn’t have a system” (word for word). If you ask me, she’s just lazy and not in the mood to serve us. If you’re going to work there, do your job for once!

My whole experience was awful; workers were rude- tried to heat up a meat sub with my veggie patty at the same time (cross contamination???) , one worker yelling “I’m done” in the middle of serving a customer, and consistently both rolling their eyes but had the nerve to have a tip cup out?? (First subway I ever saw that at..) Additionally, I wasn’t notified they were only accepting cash not cards until after completely making my sub. They offered to hold it while I find an atm- I have thirty minutes for lunch break from school, I had to go back to class hungry instead. It seems to be a consistent problem that they won’t accept cards.

Just went into this store to pickup food that was pre ordered, and when first walking in the first employee said with such an attitude “you’re going to have to wait a minute” and we kindly said we pre ordered our meals and asked for them. My friend ordered online and didn’t put in a name for her order and the worker refused to hand it to her, after my friend had already stated the contents of what was exactly in the bag, what was on each sub and everything. Finally after asking again she then threw my friends bag of food at her. She continuously yelled and cursed at my friends and I. She also did not have a mask on, not like she pulled it down. Literally no mask on her anywhere in sight. You’re working with food in the middle of a pandemic and you’re going to completely ignore a mask? Smh this place needs to get shut down or new management needs to get in there. Cause this behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

I was here today to purchase a 6" sub. I requested 4 different types of sauces and was immediately told that I should specify this request beforehand because her gloves get messy in the process and she will need to wash them afterwards. Aren't you supposed to frequently change your gloves regardless due to possible allergies other customers may have? And if your restaurant offers a variety of sauces, shouldn't you be prepared for some customers who prefer more than one sauce on their subs? Throughout making my sub, she did appear hostile. But I work in retail so I understand that retail workers tend to work long hours, multiple jobs, and having to work with a lot of customers a day is very tiring. So, I didn't care for her attitude until she scolded me about asking for a few sauces. However, the subs are great and the service has been pleasant in the past.
I guess, just be sure to inform them that you would like a lot of sauces at the end so as to avoid a scolding. 🤷🏽♀️

These people ROCK!
They were so helpful when we took a school trip to proctors. We left them an order to be completed while we were in the performance. When we were done everything was ready and well done. They even went far beyond the necessity and actually went and got two slices of pizza for two students who had that on their order!!! JOEY< CHRISTINA< ALYSSA<KAYLA you all are the BEST.
