Taco Time

The wait is a little longer than it should be, but it is because they are understaffed. There were only two young girls working and for how many people were in the drive through/restaurant they did a very good job getting food out as quickly as they could. The manager just needs to put more workers on the schedule. Food was hot and delicious when I got it.

It's an okay location, the employees have never really been super friendly. I've never had any issues getting my order wrong though. I try to just stick to the drive-thru because the inside is kind of dirty and small. Price is fair, but the food is really good. Their ranch is where it's at though! I love getting the soft pinto burrito and the crispy pinto, they're delicious.

It's ok. When you order soft tacos they come like burritos. Salsa is bland with a little heat. Good sized portions though. Wouldn't call them Mexican food maybe amerimex food or something. Would of rated 5 not because of the taste of the food but the girls that are working were not knowledgeable of the menu items asked me to pull forward and I had to go off a few items because I've never been here

This place is very dirty and is swarming with flies during the summer time. Their portions aren't nearly the size Taco Time should be. It is the most disgusting Taco Time I have ever been to and we had to walk out and throw our food away because we were so disgusted. I would tell somebody to never ever go there. We actually went back a second time thinking it was just a bad day and it was worse avoid this place totally.

Slowest taco time in the whole state. The only reason this business has stayed open so long is because they are in the same building as the city's busiest gas station. Which is still surprising to me because I go in that gas station every day and every time I walk past Taco times entrance their part of the building is empty.

Unfortunately, the one time my family was there it was one of the worst fast food experiences we've ever had. The place was dirty, the employees were clueless, they took forever to get our and others orders ready when the restaurant was empty and no one was in the drive through. The food was sub par and prices too high for what you got. My kids nicknamed this place Nasty Taco Place. I actually had wished we had gone to Subway down the street instead of trying something different.

The people were very friendly but the food was horrible, the beans were hard and tasted old, the sauces they had out tasted old and her crusty on the edges. The salsas weren't even blended the whole way threw. The soda machines were all empty buy running with watery soda. Just bad! They needed some Mexicans cooking back there!

Their food is okay, but the customer service is terrible. I tried to order some food so I pulled up to the drive through and no response. So after awhile I pulled up to the window and they were laughing at us finally the opened the window and said we are closed. It was only 7:30 pm. I have never seen a fast food restaurant close that early. Because of their poor attitude and word hours I don't think I will ever go to this location again. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Payson store.
