Subway

Ordered sandwiches online and they were not only wrong but the sandwiches were horrible. $22.00 for a bunch of sauce on a bun. One was to have been a chicken sandwich and one steak. They were both steak, no veggies to speak of and tons of sauce. I don't think the folks that made this would eat it so I'm curious as to why they served it. Absolutely last time my money is wasted there.

The employee forgot to heat up my chicken for my wrap. They don't have Caesar dressing any more and when my husband asked for cucumbers we were told subway doesn't have those any more. I was also a bit uncomfortable with the employee tossing the knives toward the sink behind him after he cut our sandwiches.

The young man working on Monday 6/6/22, he mentioned he is a manager, did not get the name, is the kindest, most friendly and helpful perosn i’ve ever met at a subway or any fast food. I hope this review reaches someone our some sort of power to get this man a raise. Im a freshman and i came in with my mother. my mother and i were both blown away with how sweet and kinda he was and making sure we had exactly the amount of onions and peppers we wanted well moving quickly and having the best conversation. He truly deserves something special and he is not someone worth valuing to say the least. i would also like to add we came in 5 minutes before closing and this man still made our experience something very remembered and heart warming. Once again i was served by the manager 432 at sanford ME on 6/6

the workers were so so so friendly and fast. went in and there was quite a line but it moved very fast and i didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes. customer service was on point, clean but bathroom was out of order and unavailable to costumers even though the sign on the door said it was under construction but still accessible.

Upon coming into order sandwiches while the shop was open, the staff was very rude and blamed us,the customer, for coming in 30 minutes before close. Instead of calmly and politely explaining that an item was not available becuase it was not prepped, which would have been understandable we were causing an inconvenience to the employee by coming in and ordering a sandwich with half an hour until close. I like supporting local businesses but will not be back.

We used to enjoy subs from this Subway. They don't deserve the one star I had to give in order to leave feedback. Be a bit more friendly/welcoming to your customers. Don't make them feel like it's a burden to make them their sandwiches. Bread was oddly chewy, almost felt like it needed to bake longer. Will drive to Midland from now on!
