This location has the best staff of all the shops we've been to in our travels. Good job! The service was great and the shop is immaculate. The employees should be re ognized for their great effort and team work!

The young man working on Monday 6/6/22, he mentioned he is a manager, did not get the name, is the kindest, most friendly and helpful perosn i’ve ever met at a subway or any fast food. I hope this review reaches someone our some sort of power to get this man a raise. Im a freshman and i came in with my mother. my mother and i were both blown away with how sweet and kinda he was and making sure we had exactly the amount of onions and peppers we wanted well moving quickly and having the best conversation. He truly deserves something special and he is not someone worth valuing to say the least. i would also like to add we came in 5 minutes before closing and this man still made our experience something very remembered and heart warming. Once again i was served by the manager 432 at sanford ME on 6/6

Paid for double meat for what? I nevee have had double meat be the same amount as regular. Absolutely ridiculous.

*01/13/2022: still no responses from anyone. Just straight up kept my money. Going to keep updating until I get my money back. 3-4 months now and still just being ignored. They’ll reply to the 5 stars but not to people looking for management to return money and food they kept.
*UPDATE* 12/15/21: I had been reached out to by one of the managers to rectify the situation and then he completely ignored me. I’ve added a photo of my last and final email to him in November.
Don’t order through the app, they will steal your money and not give you what you paid for. I still have yet to hear from anyone nor got my money back. Support small businesses instead.
Zero stars for everything. Don’t order through the app, they’ll just keep your money and you won’t get any of your items except your sandwiches. My order came to about $45.00 tip included for 4 subs, upgraded to “make them meals”. Charged me $3+ Each for 2, charged me an extra $2 for included cookies, $3 for a soda and I was missing: the bag of chips, the soda, the chocolate milks, and the cookies, and the steak wasn’t cooked at all, just put from the cold bin onto the bread. I called to ask if they can either bring my stuff they forgot or refund some of what I a paid for and I was told “uhhh, there’s not really much I can do about it”. COOL. Enjoy all the free food and the tip. You’re welcome. Not a good look for the first time ordering through the app.

Everyone is understaffed I get it. I’ve had small issues at other subways that make me not want to go back. I was in the area I tried the one in Sanford, and was so pleasantly impressed, everything was great, staff was super friendly and it was clean. I was mostly impressed with the foil still wrapped around my sub, it made it not soggy by the time I made it home! I’ll drive a half hour over there just to get subway now.

I’m normally not one to complain about things because I know how hard everyone has been working (myself working in food service as well) and I normally have no issues at this location but tonight was a different story unfortunately. I placed an online order which included a California Turkey Wrap.
What I wanted: Tomato basil wrap, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, S/W chipotle sauce, salt, pepper, and obviously turkey & mozzarella cheese as shown on the website.
What I got: Spinach wrap, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, onions, S/W chipotle sauce, banana peppers, pickles, olives, pepper jack cheese, and NO turkey or mozzarella…
Not sure what went wrong here. When I walked in the restaurant, the 2 employees were very busy so I ended up waiting in line almost 10 minutes to pick up my order. I could tell at least one of the employees was new, but I don’t hold being new against anybody (we were all new at something at one point right?) Maybe my order got switched with another customer’s order? I was already home when I started eating it and didn’t bother going back because I just want to rest before a long day tomorrow. Anyway, I don’t want to be one of those annoying customers but I probably won’t be ordering from here for a little while and I thought someone should know about any possible flaws with the online ordering or whatever the case may be.

This location used to be great and has unfortunately gone downhill. The kids working tonight seemed only interested in serving their peers and continued to help people they knew, who hadn't pre-ordered, while I waited double the estimated time for my online order. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if my subs were good, but they were both cold and soggy. One was supposed to be toasted and was only in the oven a few seconds and was still cold. I don't judge a place by one bad night, but this is the second bad experience in a month. I'll be driving to one of the other, further away locations from now on. This location isn't reliable anymore.

Great service. Super clean place. Great precautions taken while we are in the Covid-19 era. Bummed that that they aren't mixing the teriyaki sauce with the chicken because of covid it made my sandwich drip juice out alot more then usually. The food was great though. Customer service was excellent.
