This was for a late night craving pickup...lol. As always, the medium traditional wings were soooo goooood. It really doesn't get any better than that. Plus, the curly fries are an added bonus and never disappoint. My only issues were (1) missing part of my order, which I discovered once I checked my bag before pulling off, and (2) the wait time to receive service. It wasn't a packed night, and it appears all the workers were sitting with either themselves or with the customers enjoying themselves. Which is pretty cool, but why have a bell that alerts you of someone entering if you're still going to make them wait for an unnecessary amount of time 🤷🏾‍♀️? I literally had to walk over and tap someone to get their attention. I'm still a fan. Stop by & enjoy 😉.

As the closest Hooters near me since the Casselberry restaurant closed down a few years ago, the Sanford site has been nothing more of amazing quality service, great food, variety of drinks to choose or personally made, and so much more. Foodwise, the world-famous Hooters Wings had come in many shapes and sizes over the years, but with their specialty choice of wing sauces and dry rubs, it doesn’t hurt to experiment with every one of them to taste which one stands out. I’d personally recommend the Daytona Beach sauce to get that extra crispy taste. For sandwiches, their burgers and chicken sandwiches aren’t that bad, and their build your own burger or chicken sandwich allows you to customize which bread you want and which condiments to choose, which is always a plus. Personal recommendation is the Philly Cheesesteak, which is very filling when getting a drink, and if you get curly or waffle fries, you can put them on the side, and put some of the excess steak and peppers on the plate, and put it on top of the fries to make Philly Cheesesteak fries. Last, but not least, what makes this place really stand out are the world-famous Hooters Girls. I’ve had several girls served over time, and their service has always been great, and always made sure you’re being looked after. Of all the Hooters Girls I’ve gotten to know all the years I’ve been eating here, Payton is who really represents the Hooters brand in the most positive way imaginable. I’ve seen her start out as a server, then serving during a Hooters Girl Regional Pageant, telling her she’s got potential to walk the stage with the rest of the girls, then she’s appearing in Hooters promos with other girls nationwide and NASCAR driver Chase Elliot, and appearing as Miss March in the 2021 Hooters Calendar, and now as a bartender serving the coolest drinks I’ve ever drank. From the Baby Yoda Frozen Margarita, to the Tropical Medical Degree, Payton’s custom cocktails help add a special flavor when visiting the bar every time. “Unexpected kindness is the most powerful, least costly, and the most underrated agent of human change.” Overall, the experience of dining at Hooters Sanford still makes you feel like coming right at home with friends and family, and having a great time with great food and amazing quality service from the Hooters Girls. My advice for dining here: be respectful to the ladies, mind the food, and drink responsibly. This is the way.

We stopped in for a late lunch. The inside was about half full and decked out with the usual decor and plenty of TVs playing sports. We ordered 20 wings (bone-in) 10 breaded with Daytona sauce and 10 Spicy Garlic. We also ordered the waffles fries. The waffles fries came out hard, we asked to have them swapped for curly fries which the server did at no extra cost. The wings were fried crispy but spicier than I last remembered but still tasty. I ran out of ranch halfway through my wings I really wish they would offer more ranch for 10 wings. The curly fries were fresh and not hard. Overall a good experience will likely visit again
