Went in to order food. The lady at the counter was rude. Multiple peoples orders were wrong inside. Waited 25 mins for my food and still never got it. People who ordered after me recieved there food. When asking for my refund was given attitude by the girl at the counter acted like was a big deal.

The 2 young adults working the window last night around 830 were so nice and polite. Very refreshing to see workers smiling and being positive!

Ordered through the mobile app for delivery ,they only gave my driver the drinks and I never got any of my 3 meals. The store also didn't answer their phone I've filed a complaint with doordash and with Wendy's let's see if they actually do anything about it

Terrible. There must have been 5 people waiting for their orders. Think i waited like 10 minutes.
I then went up and asked for a refund. Left dissappointed in the service. It looked like the left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing.

Best Spicy Chicken in the land! Add some fries and a strawberry frosty, and you've got yourself a great meal!

Possibly a new employee taking orders on the inside...pretty slow. Didn't seem to realize she could continue taking orders, while others were making food, if you know what I mean.

Great service and attentiveness. 90% sure I got the new girl at the register. Otherwise a great visit.
