Subway

Arrived at this location at approximately 8:45pm on Saturday, January 8th 2022 to try and get a sub for my boyfriend who was about to get off work a few stores down. I figured with it being almost closing time that they may be out of some items, but upon pulling up and parking. I look into the store and see that all of the glass is already down where you make the sandwiches at and everything is put away. There are about 5 people in the store for some reason, all in a group but its kind of weird to need that many employees to close such a small store. They all look at me as I pulled up, and they sent someone out who hurriedly starts mopping right in front of the glass window by my car and they all start laughing as someone runs to turn off all the lights, this was around 8:50. Just really unprofessional and sad honestly

Placed a pickup order. I arrived at 6:55, my pickup time. The sub wasnt prepared yet (understandable, they probably would want it to be made fresh, but still not good). Then i overheard the sub artist (the younger female, no one was wearing a nametag) whining that i put too much stuff on my sub. I get that i ordered my sub with a lot of stuff, but this does not excuse your sub artist whining (let alone basically in front of the paying customer) Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism at this location. I will be going to a different subway in the future! The only reason i am giving a second star is because i like how clean it looks inside and different from other stores in a good way.

I feel that Subway has gotten crazy with their prices. I remember when you can afford to feed your family there and feel good about it because it was better than the normal fast food fried stuff, & you didn't go home with an empty wallet. It's not that way anymore. But, if you don't mind the prices this store is great. Very friendly service, it's clean and welcoming, and the food always tastes fresh. My advice, is see if you can find a coupon before you go!

My cousin and I stopped here before heading to cedar point for the day and I must say we had the BEST service!!! It’s not often that you get great, friendly service at any restaurant, let alone a fast food place. The women working were so kind and friendly and we were in awe of how amazing the service was. Definitely will stop back here again next time we’re in town!
