These workers are not just simple employees, they are soldiers. Soldiers in a constant battle to maintain a smile against an onslaught of angry single mothers who are just waiting for the slightest reason to complain, criticize, and look for any reason to become offended. The term Karen has only recently become an everyday word but they have existed since human women developed the idea of entitlement. Beware, for their numbers grow everyday and their primary target are the low wage service workers of the world. We should always stand for these noble wage slaves against the unholy karen. For the Karen in the enemy of all that holds our fragile society together.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. They randomly close off the lobby whenever they feel like it and force everyone through the drive thru...even when you order on the app you get forced to wait in a 20 car deep line. Half the time you order things and they don’t either have it, or the “machine is broken”. Just go somewhere else instead....not worth your time wasting your money here.

Yea so we visited this location on 5/29/2018 around 8 am, I simply asked if they had any non dairy products that I could put in my coffee like soy or almond milk and the workers acted like I was an uppity jerk. The rest of the service I received was cold and just plain rude. I've never seen a more miserable crew in my life and I WORK at a coffee shop. If I treated a customer the way I was treated at this location I'd probably be fired on the spot just saying. Y'all need to do A LOT better to your customer service commitments or maybe hire a team that are more capable and friendly in the mornings. To put it simply I won't be returning ever.

It's Dunkin donuts. Nothing to write home about. The food is your typical microwaved frozen stuff. They run out of everything bagels every day. So whoever is managing supply of the demand needs to learn a thing or two considering late night they will dump.2-3 bags of unused product. You clearly are misjudging your customers wants. Considering everyday by 1030am they are out of everything bagels. The coffee is mediocre. You would think the staff has never eaten anything above macaroni and cheese because if you ask for a sandwich to be hot, or bagel extra toasted it really confuses them. The egg sandwiches for breakfast are typically cold in the middle and the toasted bagels, were carried past the toaster, never inserted. Other than that the ice coffee is ok and staff has never been mean or rude.
