Starbucks

I believe the overall picture of this place is a quite one well operation. The manager is on there to explain and show the other workers what their jobs are to do. It looks like a very well machine that is working just fine. They are attentive to getting the orders out mobile orders and orders that come in with a fast and effective procedure that is probably less than 20 seconds it seems like because it is so fast and efficient on getting that order out and if they happen to forget a straw or anything else it is quickly handled and the customer seems happy as they leave the place. As I explain to another participant that all Starbucks are not equal some do a lot better some are average and some are below par. This one is above average. Due to their location they do not have a drive-thru which to me I kind of like because the fact is I don't have to worry about being hit by a car. But they're fast mobile app production is a site to see people know what they're doing and the manager does a great job of facilitating their expertise on this matter. Always constantly looking to upgrade and make their store look better. Keeping it clean is one thing that I did notice a lot stations were wiped down , floors were swept and this is only because we got there as soon as they they open. Very stocked their shells and everything else with trying to keep a minimum of product not to disturb the customers inside the store it was done fast and efficiently and as you can see in the pictures the shelves look straight and neat. If there were some things that I did not like but that is my personal preference due in conversation. But other than that they're a fine above average Starbucks.

I go here a lot and almost half of my coffees have seemed like they didn’t have any espresso or at least have less than they should. I’ve gotten drinks that are supposed to have four shots and it tastes like straight milk and I have never had this happen at any other starbucks. So hit or miss i would definitely recommend a different location.

12/24/19 Great Dark Roast this morning and even better staff! Update: Came today for “happy hour” did you know they have happy hour? Get the app and you will. 1/2 price frapachinos, I had not had one in 16 years, ordered it, found my tastes had changed, it was way too sweet for me. They made me another one with half the sugar, perfect! No charge! Thank you so much... Good little Starbucks. The outside seating is what’s best about this place. Side entrance away from the parking lot.

Wanted to have a protein blended fresh brew. They didn't have any fresh brew so the Barista said she could make it with espresso. I was fine with that. Drink was good but had to wait 15 minutes for it. They forgot to make it and they finally asked who's personal cup was on their prep area. I told them mine and I'm still waiting for my drink. You would think they would have refunded me for their mistake. I watched them give a gift card to a regular customer who's drink took too long to make.. I won't go back to that location.
