Fig & Thistle Wine Bar

This shop is epic. Sarah helped me through an intense anxiety episode and may have saved my life by showing me Fog City’s indoor hybrid strain. Sarah’s customer service helped me move from a 1 bedroom apartment outside the Tenderloin into a Pacific Heights mansion with 6 bedrooms and 7 baths. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

FTA is the freaking best! First and foremost, Jaycie the bud-tender is a national treasure. Not only does she always have a positive vibe and recommend awesome products, she RAN AFTER ME down Ivy street after my purchase because she forgot to give me my "free joint". Literally unmatched customer service?? Everyone I have met there is great; Gigi is so kind and helpful aswell. The store itself is nice and cozy, no stressful corporate weed vibes and yet somehow they always have a huge and unique selection of products. This spot has been my go to for the last 2 years, and they never disappoint. Thank you, FTA!!

This is my favorite dispensary in the Bay Area. Small friendly shop with great selection. I have been looking for a place with good lower-strength flower, which surprisingly is really hard to find. When I asked, Jaycie was delighted to break out like twenty different products with less than 20% THC and offered personal recommendations. Fig & Thistle is now my go-to spot in the Bay!

First time Cali visitor, so I had to go to a dispensary. My local friends guided me to this spot. We went later at night when the store was empty, the bouncer checking our ids had a slight issue because 2 of us were New Yorkers and their software has issues with NY ids, but once we were let it the vibes were choice. Also he was super nice and talked to us while we were waiting for the software to kick in. The dude behind the counter was also so nice!! He helped me pick out some edibles and was very knowledgeable, he also helped me pick out some joints to bring the husband. He talked me through all my options. Told me about the brands, their history. I was so impressed I bought everything he recommended, plus more. I would definitely come back to this place. If you’re around and you want a lil something something, check this spot out.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with huge smiles. My fiancé and I traveled from Seattle to SF to get our favorite flower(A Golden State) and they made it worth the trip to say the least. Sarah took very good care of us and even gave us some Golden State swag! Best store in the Bay Area no doubt. Go holler at Sarah and ask about A Golden State flower. She’ll take good care of you.

The best dispensary I have been to. The layout and feel makes it more like a boutique store instead of other places that’s just a counter with a menu. In terms of product - they have everything that you can imagine. Great place to get fun edibles and drinks. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I live a block away from a different dispensary but always come to fig and thistle apothecary instead because it’s just a better vibe and experience.

Man, what a great experience! I purposely try to avoid throwing 5 star reviews around so theres always a room for improvement but Fig and Thistle’s staff really went above and beyond. From their selection, to the expertise, and the classic San Francisco vibes that all us locals truly miss. I was able to choose some great products and learn some history about the community they are trying to bring together, something SF lacks these days. I highly recommended stopping by, meeting the team and purchasing some products! The store had a great selection of brands to choose from. Most important, the facility and staff were Covid SAFE.
