Breakfast Republic is the perfect brunch spot for both vegans and omnivores. I had the monthly special, vegan tres leches pancakes, and also had to try the vegan harvest omelet. Both were amazing and incredibly flavorful. They don’t keep anything simple here and clearly put in 200% into their menu, atmosphere, and service. Although it was busy, we were seated without a wait, and food and coffee came quickly. Our waiter was friendly and helped give recommendations on what to do in the area. I expected a huge bill considering I had a bottomless coffee and two entrees, however it was incredibly cheap. I’m am pleasantly surprised by the service and food at such a low price point. We really enjoyed our experience here!

Highly recommend the cinnamon coffee, Incredible lemon coconut pancakes, and Brussel sprout potatoes. Superb breakfast that you just can't really find anywhere else.

This place was awesome! Of the restaurants serving breakfast we visited while in Pacific Beach, this was my favorite. I had the Classic Eggs Benedict and a side of Jurassic Bacon. Both were excellent! Possibly the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had to date. And the Jurassic Bacon was equally impressive. I highly recommend the restaurant and our server, Miguel, took very good care of us and genuinely likes what he is doing. His smile and enthusiasm was infectious! Great experience! Thank you!

Went on christmas morning with the whole family. First, they don't take reservations and won't seat you until your entire party is there. That is a bit annoying and considering they didn't have an area for that many people, we started sitting at two separate tables in different rows. Then they decided they could jam us into one section but it was a very tight area. Not much room to move. The waiter was cool and even offered to take pics of all of us which I thought was pretty cool. The food was good, I felt it was a bit on the pricey side but it was good. Overall, parking could be an issue and be prepared to park if you come on a weekday. Metered parking as well as paid lots are available near by.

The staff was amazing. Start to finish, I really appreciate how friendly everyone treated my friend and I. They were busy, but the wait time wasn't bad. In fact we were pleasantly surprised with how quickly we were seated. Enjoyed our breakfast very much, the food was good. Will return.

Lots of great breakfast food items to choose from. Surprisingly, very unique drink selections as well. I recommend the Breakfast Sammie and Mexican Mocha hot coffee. This place gets busy, but longest wait is only 10 minutes. Wait staff are quality servers who will make the experience even better. 10 out of 10, recommend.

Looking for a nice breakfast and a good cup of coffee? This is the place you want to be. Nice decor, such friendly staff and good food. I got the scrambled eggs with seasonal veggies, homefries, toast and side of turkey bacon. I like my eggs cooked well done and was so happy you see they weren't runny and the veggies were not over cooked. It was very filling and I wasn't able to finish my plate. Plain pancakes and the orea pancakes were also good. Loved the egg puns all around and on their merchandise.

We went in yesterday a quiet Monday around 9-10 am. Wait time was 10-15 minutes, the server was friendly and checked in to make sure all was good with the food.
We ordered the tres leches pancakes, and the vegan breakfast burrito. Both so good! The pancakes weren't too sweet, just right, and the vegan burrito egg and guac was amazing. Both very filling so good to have long before exercise or after surfing/cardio. Highly recommend.
They don't take reservations, so walk up and ask to wait and then walk around the area until your text comes in that your table is ready.

Came here on a whim after hiking and was so pleasantly surprised! There wasn’t much of a wait and the food was delicious! They have the standard brunch staples and we loved everything we tried, especially the strawberry mascarpone french toast

I ordered the gluten free Crawfish and Crab Benedict and the red kombucha. That kombucha was so so good. I had to order a second large glass because the small I started with just wasn’t enough. The home fries might have been the best I’ve had. They were perfectly crunchy, salted, and herbed.
They are incredible with food allergies. Not only did they mention how each item (including the breadcrumbs in the crab cake) was safe for my allergy, they also volunteered that the sauces (ketchup & hot sauce) at the table were also. It was so refreshing to be able to eat a meal without wondering about everything and having to read labels.

Loved the California burrito! Was amazing, the meat, the guacamole... everything in it was great.
The French toast was pretty amazing too! Our daughter had pancakes and loved those.
The experience using them through door dash was really good too. Food was hot and great!
