I'm not too sure how the service could be any worse. It was a very weird experience. I walked in, and stood by the register for a good 6 min being completely ignored before I could get anyone's attention to ask if my online order was ready. They even tried taking the order of the lady who came in behind me while I'm standing right there, but even the lady who came in behind me had to say something because that's just strange customer service. Also, me and the other person who ordered online ahead of time finally received our orders AFTER the people who just came in and ordered received theirs.. What's the point of ordering ahead of that means we now have to wait twice as long? Definitely not going back.

This Quickly is not worth going to since the staff here is very rude and not patient. It’s as if they hate their own business and don’t appreciate people’s business. They’re just angry and not very nice people. Avoid this location and find another boba place. UPDATE: I thought I’d give them another try because maybe they’re just having a bad. Nope, I was wrong. They were even more rude and mean. This boba deserves zero stars and is bad luck. They’re really not good people. Avoid and go else where because they don’t appreciate customers especially during the pandemic. If you buy one drink and use your card...you will definitely feel their wrath. This is what happened to the customer in front of me and I felt so bad for them. They bad mouth lots of customers if you understand Chinese. Very bad luck here.

A boba chain that has a variety of drinks and some food options. The prices are fairly cheap, and the quality didn't suffer from what I got. I tried the honey green tea with boba, and it was fine. It was made fast, although there was no one ahead of me. There's not much seating inside, and it's more of a social ambiance than a working one, but it's possible.

One of the better boba spots in the area. The main reason I come here is because I know what the quality will be when I order. I usually get the popcorn chicken and some sort of milk tea. The drinks come out quickly, but the food takes a little longer. It makes sense since they make the food when you order.

We regularly get coffee milk tea from Quickly places that we go to and have been to at least four others in the Bay area. Since we regularly eat at the Tanforan Food court, we visited this Quickly store twice and had bad experience with their service on both occasions. The cashiers taking the order did not get our orders right on both occasions. They simply do not listen to the customer and are just plain indifferent. Their service is indicative of their lack of enthusiasm to get business. We have to go to the other Quickly store at San Bruno shopping center just to avoid this one at Tanforan. We noticed that this shop does not offer other food items that are regularly offered by other Quickly stores. Looks like business is not good for this Quickly store and I can only speculate that their service accounts for this poor business performance. They should do better particularly that their location on the second floor should make them more inviting to customers who dine at the ground floor. Their price is also higher than the other Quickly stores we have been to.
