I ate here today. Service was nice and the ladies were helpful. But I got food poisoning here and I’m not sure why. I’ve eaten here before with no problem but after eating here today I began getting the symptoms.

2 of my 3 sandwiches had the wrong meat in them, the teriyaki one was supposed to be steak but had chicken instead and was also missing the cheese, my oven roasted sandwich had rotisserie chicken instead of oven roasted chicken

The server was nice, but we just wish she will tied up her long hair since she served food to the public.

Someone hacked into my subway account and placed a 29$ order at this location (I live in wisconsin) I called and was told they would cancel the order. Come Monday it was not canceled and I was fully charged. I called and talked to a manager who said she would call and take care of it and call me back. It is now the next day and I received no call back and they are no longer answering the phones.
Following up they are completely ignoring all of my calls I have tried over 10 times to call them with no answer I have emailed customer service with no reply. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Excellent service and great staff - I went here last night and was helped by Giovanni, who went out of his way to get me my 4 footlongs! He mentioned he was worried because he was past his 12hrs shift... Well I hope he gets rewarded rather than reprimanded. I work in HR and I commend staff who go out of their way to give good quality service! Thank you Giovanni (hope I spelled his name right)
