Order a regular #8 5 pc chicken tenders with just hot sauce & ketchup for the fries a pepsi for a drink, combo being a medium, that's was it??? Not all this extra, definitely not necessarily. My bread smothered in some grease or sauce, why?? Pickles too, why?? Just wanted a simple meal not left overs.....🕵️🔥, Come on??

Check your order before you leave. I ordered what appeared to an 8 piece mixed meal for $28. However, when I got home, the meal only had legs, thighs and cold sides. I called KFC and got two stories from the same person. First he said I had to distinguish between mixed or legs and thighs when I placed my order. However the drive through menu did not indicate this rule. Furthermore, who pays $28 for legs and thighs? The second story was late at night (45 minutes before closing) they give legs and thighs because that’s what they have. This response seems to be more accurate. I would have appreciated being told this information when I placed my order. If I had known they did not have what I wanted, I would not have placed the order. I returned the order and it was refunded. This was a complete was of my time and gas. Now if they would just refund my gas for the order they botched.

Chicken was fresh and biscuits were good! We originally wanted to order mac n cheese but they were completely out. How KFC runs out of one of their famous side dishes idk! But we ended up getting mashed potatoes, french fries, and coleslaw with fried chicken. The french fries and mashed potatoes were not fresh. We actually had to warm up our food in the microwave. Sucks paying $40+ dollars for a family meal and it can't even be fresh. Fast food businesses need to start doing better than this! I'll give 3 stars because the chicken and biscuits were good.

At 2:34 p.m. on 4/22/22. The drive thru employees are trained to tell customers to reverse there vehicles at the drive thru window and wait so the timer doesn't run. That is pointless they should work appropriately and not ask customers to do meaningless things for their benefit. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I was completely dissatisfied with the window girls customer service and how unprofessional that comment was I left the KFC and told them keep the food the had already began to prepare for me.

It was terrible! First off how are you going to NOT have anything spicy?? I ordered a strawberry lemonade and when I got up there they said they had "run out of the syrup to make it with!" My final straw was when I received my food and they had given me mashed potatoes WITHOUT asking me what I wanted as my side and I'm ALLERGIC to the gravy!!! Let show you guys how terrible their service was!! Do not go there!! This was literally our food and yes we sure did throw it away! Will never go back there again!!!
