customer service was great and fast. however i ordered two club salads and only got big chunks of lettuce, bacon, cheese, cucumber and chicken. sadly i wasn’t given any tomatoes, onions, or even their RANCH DRESSING because they had run out but they did offer the vinaigrette one. I don’t know what is going on with the salad preps but please do better.

I ordered two loaded Breakfast sandwiches the bread came totally burn are usually only eat one piece and I couldn’t eat it because it was terrible had to eat the sandwich with no bread

Service was good , however I ordered two club salads all they had was lettuce, cheese, bacon and cucumber NO tomatoes, NO onion and No dressing!! And I only got two small pieces of chicken. I loved this salad however today I was vey disappointed!

We ordered 10 tacos, 1 tiny tacos, 2 wedges, mini churros & onion rings. Our order was not read back but we got a quick total and proceeded to the window. We paid & were asked to pull out front to wait for our order. After sitting there at least 15 minutes, we had to get out of the car and wave to be sure we weren't forgotten. 5 mins later, our food is finally brought out. No apology or acknowledgment of our 20 min wait over a medium sized order. We realized we were missing a wedge. We waved again, then let the rep know at the door. 5 mins goes by before a worker comes out with our receipt to point out that we only paid for 1. Normally, this wouldn't have been horrible. But we are now 25 minutes deep in a DRIVE THRU experience. I started in fast food and now own a business. I would never make a customer wait on me for that long then instead of coming out with a wedge and a smile, come out to tell us we didn't pay for it. Had they taken the time to review our order or give us a minute to review it before pulling forward, we would've caught it. I might've even paid and waited the extra 5 minutes had there been ANY kind of concern about the slow and unfriendly service we were being provided. My husband ended up speeding off, understandably extremely upset. What a disgrace to the name and value of Jack N The Box. This location needs a lesson in customer service! They failed the company and 2 loyal customers today.
