Kfc

Second time we go here our first experience was not that great. I figured let's try again it might be better. NO IT WAS NOT!!!! The chicken was old and dry and I had asked for original and no thighs.. they gave me mixed chicken. I called and the manager said to bring it back so I did they exchanged it for me but I got dark meat that I didn't want in the first place. The manger told them no thighs but I guess the people in the back didn't care. My fault for trusting them will never go back again!!!

This is my local KFC. Not sure what happened or changed for the last 3months I get dried old chicken. Dried out fries. I always want to say something but hope the next time is different. Nope here I sit with my chicken so dry I can hardly chew it. We pay good money for your service. Can you please please start providing fresh food my biscuit can break a window if I toss it. SMH

For the 2nd time in a row my order was wrong and the person and the window copped an attitude about fixing it. Manager said he would take care of it but I doubt very seriously KFC will ever see my business again if this is the type individuals they hire who think customers have noakes say so and they are do not taking responsibility for their mistakes. It was a simple mistake they fixed I did not appreciate nor will I accept an attitude from the person for making a mistake when all I did was correct to get what I wanted. Lucky I gave a 2 and not a 0. I used to go to this KFC 2 sometimes 3 and occasionly 4 times a week.

Not the first time. I am hopeful because of that one time I got everything decent. This experience was extra salty chicken extra crispy bread and gooy mashed potatoes. Last time cold and old fries and stinky cole slaw. I just can't anymore. And i call the store to let them know and they tell me to drive 15 minutes back to the nearest KFC so that I could wait to replace one item and they just mess that up as well. The managers any hour any day do not care about the customers nor the store. I will report this store again.
