Look at this adorable pup cup!!! It always makes my day better when I stop by Dunkin' on my way to work. Every once in a while I take my dog with me and I ask for a treat for her. The workers were so excited when I pulled up to the window and asked if they could add a couple of munchkins to my pup's treat, which she absolutely loved! Oh! And for me, I usually pickup a green tea and a yummy bagel with strawberry cream cheese, which is my absolute favorite!

I got three coffees this morning, waiting 45 minutes in line. 2/3 coffees aren’t even made correctly. And ones not even full. Like don’t serve a customer if you’re not going to do it right. The only reason I am giving A star is because of the cashier. She was very nice and kind but still

Did an order ahead via the app. Everything was smooth until I got to the store. Almost everything I ordered and paid for was out. The frozen drink machine is down TBD, and they were out of their seasonal flavor. It's not their fault for either I am sure. The employee was very nice and polite, trying to come up with a substation. In the end the coffee tasted like it was burnt, and the hot chocolate was watered down.

Location is great but the store closes at 8 we went there 6.45 pm and they don’t serve anything we asked for donuts , cappuccino nothing was served. They have to update the timing or they have to serve till store closes

I sent an order in online to pick up in the lobby. When I got to the store the front door was locked and they would not let me in to get my order. They told me I had to wait in the drive-through which had about 15 cars in line. What is the point of ordering online and picking it up in the store if they are going to have the doors locked and tell me to go through the drive-through? I did not have time to wait and when I called in the store to figure out how to get my money back they hung up on me.

Well I like the coffee and the food but when you have employees talking about customers in front of other customers that is not right. If your going to talk about customers then talk about them when no one is in there. That is not professional. I will go back but I hope they dont talk about people when others people are in there. When i talked to the assistant manager they said that there was nothing wrong about talking about customers in front of customers. Wow. Yes be patient because everyone is short handed and everyone is doing their best.

I should've looked at the ratings before trying this place after heading here for my 1st week back to work. Before covid this was my morning stop, amazing service/people and since I was denied the opportunity to tell my experience on the survey (I was told the printer was broken & they have no 1800 #, and when I asked for a Director to call me they said they can't guarantee I would) I will tell you guys... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Horrible, rude customer service. So I park and walk in because they had 10 cars in drive thru. It took them 5 min before taking our order inside... 6 ladies up front and finally 1 decided to take out orders. After my order was taken a second lady started to help but would go back to help drive thru... her statement "we will get the timer down boss lady" told me what their focus was at that point... well after my drink was done brewing and it sat there for 2 more minutes the one working on the drink finally finished it. She told me here you go. I nodded but didn't say anything so while walking out she rudley yelled across the whole store having customers look at me "you could've said Thank you!" Really?!?! You made me feel neglected the 1st 5 minutes I was there... then you expected to be thanked after I heard you say drive thru was the focus.... just lock the front doors at that point. The fact I took the time to park the car to come inside and I get ignored then yelled at, never again! I would rather go the opposite way to my dunkin in Kannapolis or Starbucks vs ever going to this location again. When I called to voice the concerns on the phone not only did I get service mentioned above but also hung up on after I requested a call back but the # I wanted to be called on was never taken. They can say they got it from the caller ID but I wanted to be called on my office phone since I would be at work, but the response from the Manager told me my complaint would go no where. Mayyybe I'll go back just to get a survey code, but this experience made me never want to spend $1 on this place!

It's really sad I spent 2 years straight getting a $7 cup of coffee everyday from this store but now unless you have an abudance of time you can't get a cup! I wish there was another Duncan on my morning drive because I never have this issue at any other store. And if I do stop a piece of equipment is broke or they are missing flavors! The last 2 days Ive sat in line 15+ minutes and had to pull off.Today I got to the board finally I thought I could get a cup but no she said hold on a minute and IDK when she came back In left after sitting there 5 minutes! And you can't blame the current situation with workers and etc when I don't have this issue from any other Duncan establishment.
