Burger King

Food was good. Service... Got the wrong order. I ordered 2regular chicken sandwich and 1 spicy, repeated the order several times and still got the wrong order. All sandwiches were spicy. My kids don't like spicy but since we went through drive thru and did not notice the mistake til we got home, we didn't want to drive back and my kids had to force themselves to eat the spicy chicken. Heads up they like the sandwich,thou they didn't change their mind, they still prefer regular chicken. I just feel that the person at the window should double check the order before giving it to the customer to avoid this kind of situations.

I passed through ride through & I order a salad, chicken nuggets & chicken fries. They gave me chicken nuggets instead. I payed 3 dollars for chicken nuggets who had to be for 1.49. I’ve been to this restaurant so many times and they always mess up. I am tired of always having to go back and complain.

I was getting my BK fix this Saturday at 9:30PM. This burger i paid for belongs in the trash. When i got it, it was the lamest, most dissapointing sandwich ive ever had. They forgot to add pickles, it was Flat with no sauce or mayonaise and, with no flavor or life left in the burger. I do not recommend this place. I had the worst customer experience; my sandwich was 20 minutes late, it was disgusting to have to wait that long and get a horrible sandwich. The employes there were rude and the manager was not doing his job right. They do not care about the customer and this shows it.

people taking the order always have hearing problems they seem to never have coke and always mess up something in the order when I go. Cup holders are cheap garbage that can’t hold drinks cup lids are poorly made fall off with the slightest pressure. Overall don’t go here the employees are buffoons and quality has gone down way too much
