Ihop

A group of coworkers and I stopped in for lunch. After setting down the waitress was prompt with getting our drink and food order. After taking our food order, we didn't see her again until the food came ONE HOUR LATER. One gentleman came to our table to let us know that they didn't have any hash browns left. We let him know that we were there on our lunch break, and that we had already been waiting about 30 minutes. His response to us was "Well if it makes you feel any better, I had to come in and help them, and I'm not even clocked in." Of course that doesn't make anyone feel better. It makes everyone feel worse. Management needs to look into this. We were not checked on once. Two of us went with out drinks the entire time. I do not recommend. They deserve zero stars. NOT one star.

The service was great. My server was extremely friendly but definitely overworked. The fryer was down so they couldn't fry any foods. Not necessarily an inconvenience for me, but definitely limiting any patrons who wanted to order fried foods. The food was palatable, but just exactly on par with what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Nothing that stood out and separated this restaurant from any other.

The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the place is very nice. However, both times I've ordered from there for takeout have been dis-satisfactory to some extent. I recently placed and order for breakfast pickup and was informed they would have it done in 10 minutes. I arrive 15 minutes later and it takes another 25 minutes for it to be done. That's 40 minutes. It wasn't even busy when I got there. To top it all off, they got the order partially wrong and didn't include any utensils. This is the second time this has happened; the first was during lunch, again for takeout. Longer wait time than informed, had to remind them of the details of the order. This really needs to be addressed by management. Don't tell the customer one thing and then make them wait around for a half-hour. Have your people confirm the entire order over the phone to us (felt like I was being rushed). And please, make sure we have what we need, lest we rush out the door because we're very nearly made late by the wait for our food and not realize until we get to work that we don't have anything to eat it all with.
