One of the nicer Starbucks in Metro North. Very clean seating area and the coffee supplies i.e half&half and sugars are always well stocked.
Most impressively, the baristas recognize and will remember your order. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Love my Salem Starbucks

The young lady that took our order was really nice and helpful giving us information since we're not from around here but the kid making the drinks was just making them and setting them on counter without calling the names or orders. Once I got mine it had already been sitting there for a while.

Great & friendly staff, can get busy but worth the wait, parking lot can be tight but not Starbucks fault...other businesses on site.

This is my favorite Starbucks. It helps that the location is convenient to me, but also everyone who works here is very kind and considerate. My drinks are made well every time. Love this place.

I have no issues with the Starbucks. They made the shopping experience for easy, and came up with a lot of suggestions for drink choices that I wanted. I grabbed the pistachio latte which I do hope they bring the syrup back cuz I've noticed that it is starting to get low. Shop here in confidence
