Pita Pit

I really like pita pit. You can get basically any topping you want on it and the choices of sauces are abundant. The only thing I don't like about it is the meat is put on last so when it is rolled together, the pita is very lopsided (meat all on one side and veggies on the other). Overall, still quite good since the ingredients always seem fresh.

Good food, absolutely terrible service. Been there many times over the years, and these guys do not know how to operate a business. My orders have been messed up countless times, and they are absolutely no help when calling in to discuss messed up orders. This store needs an entirely new staff. God awful service the past 5-10 times I've been there, you guys should just sell the store and let somebody competent run restaurant. Will only be going to the west side location from now on, and I live east. I highly advise against going here, especially when using doordash or skipthedishes. Their mess ups are always someone else's fault. They even told me to email a messed up order in to their support email, instead of just handling it over the phone. I was completely baffled. This place used to be good about a year ago, but all the new employees are ridiculously terrible at their job. I would be embarrassed to own such an establishment.
