Waited a long time at drive thru before I was helped. No apology. No explanation for delay. Almost drove off, they didn't care. Only car in drive thru. Walk ins entered as I was waiting. Poor customer service.

Will not accept coupons due to staffing shortages and also price increases. That is the most ridiculous excuse ever.

They always mess up my order when i order online wether it be the wrong chicken or to much salt/pepper or just no cheese. They always mess up my order very annoying.

I ordered 2 American club sandwiches to be made two different ways and they made them both the exact same when there instructions from the drive through were very specific and ruined one of the sandwiches completely for me at the cost of $25 for 2 footlong sandwiches

The workers are not very friendly, they act like mindless robots.

Still good food but they discontinued the roast beef. They still don't carry the seafood sub. And now if you get a fountain drink you have to buy another fountain drink instead of getting a free refill

Great service and employees are v awesome! Also like the drive-up 'choose your own' kiosk style sandwich, toppings, etc...

I mean, we know what you're getting with Subway to begin with (mediocre at best) but this one is always a problem. Order has been incorrect 4via drive thru..4.....FOUR times in a row. Even after getting to the window and letting them know what we want (they do ask sometimes) if there's confusion from the touch screen. Although, ham, cheese, lettuce and mayo shouldn't be confusing in any world.
Its like they do this on purpose. Won't return.
