MAKE SURE YOU’RE GETTING YOUR GAS! I went to get gas the other day and was almost ripped off. I was on E and went to pump 9. I ran in $20 and after pumping my gas turned my car on and saw no gas was pumped at all, I was still on E. I went in and complained and one of the employees said “this has been happening a lot”. He then stayed out there to ensure my gas pumped correctly. So the employees get 5 stars but the pump gets 0 stars.

My boyfriend and I went to 7/11 around 1 am desperate for gas as this was the only gas station around and open and turned out they were closed. I went inside to see why and the guy working there was laughing at the people coming in saying he was closing the store for no reason at all. There were others there needing gas and items as well turning them away. It was completely disrespectful especially when it’s suppose to be 24/7. I have come here for years and have never been treated this way before but the new guy there is awful. I will not be coming back any time soon.

Manager at 2101 old canoe creek road in saint cloud (Dont know her name she had no name tag) is extremely rude and unprofessional really needs to be retrained Her attitude is something to be desired will not be back to this store and have called corporate to inform them of this matter would give 0 stars if it was an option

Went there associate had door opened while he was smoking a cigarette smelled liked cigarettes in store , then I brought a bottle of liquor and it spilled and broke didn’t ask me if I was ok or anything. Instead he seemed like upset and rude . Another time I went there is a older lady who always has a additute very unprofessional. Only reason why I even bother to go to that store is because the products I look for they have than other 7-Eleven stores near by , but definitely thinking about not returning to this location.

The manager let me drink whatever they clean the fountain nozzles with. I told her I think the CO2 was turned up too high because of all the bubbles. She asked if it tasted ok with a weird look on her face. I didn't taste the soap. Over a hour later after the white bubbles didn't go away. And my stomach started to hurt. I realized there is something definitely in my drink.

The young women taking care if me was in the phone with a care repair person while I questioned her about the price of the 2 liters. She then argued with me in front of other customers. Yelling from one end of the store. All she had to do was explain not yell or argue .. great customer service. I will NEVER return to this 7/11
