After moving to Richmond, VA and not having a single satisfying Wendy’s experience since I’ve been here I can say the service at this Wendy’s is amazing. They never got my order wrong. Even when busy, they were always professional. The food was well made minus sometimes not putting salt on the fries, but they were still good. The team was great. Long line, they still move pretty fast given the circumstances. I’m not proud of eating fast food, but when I did-this Wendy’s was awesome.

Fast, friendly and the order was made right. They even made sure that I had the proper bag to carry the large order out since I was by myself before I even got a chance to ask for it. It's great to see when people take pride in their work, no matter what the job is. This is the Wendy's location where you don't have to double check your order before you leave, because people here know how to do their job.

Cashier just stood there when I approached the counter. What happened to Hello, or Welcome to Wendy's, or a simple how can I help you. Even after I paid I didn't even get a Thank you. I believe it's rude & the chili was watery & when I asked for crackers she gave me like 30 packs. Way too many. No Cheese in my chili as well. Unfortunately it's not just Wendy's customer service don't exist anymore.

It was a Very bad experience. The employee started to bag my food when all of a sudden a roach was walking on the counter came from under my bag. I had the employee call manager so he can give me a refund. I will never ever enter in that wendy's again. Manager killed the roach with a napkin. Awful

When I visit my mom we go here to eat. Now I go with my sister since my mom has passed but they have not messed up my order all the time we have gone !!

The ladies room was closed, so we had to wait for the men's room. The service was terrible inside. I was trying to use my app to purchase a single for $1 and the cashier didn't know how to do it. She didn't ask anyone either. I left and went elsewhere.

I was at Wendy's for breakfast. The coffee was fresh and the biscuit was nice and hot. Great experience. Thank you.
