I picked this pizza up and it was supposed to be fresh but as you can see it looks old. I ordered a hand tossed pizza the crust is incredibly thin there is barely no sauce and it is completely horrible. This is the third time I ordered from this Pizza Hut and the pizza disappointed me. Never AGAIN.

I haven't had pizza hut in years! But my daughter got a free pizza for Book-it (I didn't know they were still doing this!) so we went. Got a meat lovers pan pizza and it was better than I remembered. Took quite a while to get our food but they were clearly busy with carryout orders...which is good for them!

My family and I went to Pizza Hut yesterday to celebrate my dads birthday. When the guy took my order, I told him about my food allergies, and he wrote them down. When my pizza came, it had red sauce on it (which I’m allergic too), and had to take some Benadryl. The guy said, “it’s tomato sauce.” It doesn’t matter, tomato sauce has an ingredient in it that I’m allergic to. They made my pizza again, this time with the correct sauce, and the first pizza was “on the house”, which I was relieved, but it did concern my family that they brought out the pizza that could put my life in danger. Luckily my family knows about my food allergies, and know what precautions to take if something did happen. My mom spoke to the cook about what happened, and told them that this shouldn’t have happened to begin with, even after the waiter wrote down my food allergy, and I specifically told them that I wanted the white sauce because I’m allergic to the red sauce. My 5-year-old second cousin was scared because I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate. She kept on asking my family if I was “ok” and that she was “scared” for me. I had to explain to her what happened. After she saw me eat the correct pizza, she was relieved and kept hugging me. Please listen to the customers about their food allergies, especially when it can be life or death for them.

I ordered online and after placing my order I received an estimate of 88-98 min for delivery. After waiting all that time I was relieved when I got a text saying my order was out for delivery. I sent my daughter to wait in the apartment hallway as usual. I live on the first floor facing the street and can naturally see the cars pull into my lot no one came. I never received my order the driver lied about calling my phone and was not even given notice that my order was cancelled. After 56 minutes of waiting and being hung up on three times. I was told that they marked my order undeliverable. At that point you all just lost a customer back to dominos for me.

One big reason I'm giving 5 stars... when you order pickup, there is a TV screen with names of current orders on a big monitor. You look up, see your name, and the word "ready" by it. No guessing. No worries. Brilliant!

I’ve waited nearly an hour (two different times) past my wait time. I also ordered double sausage and hardly had any sausage. One of my slices didn’t have a single sausage on it.

The atmosphere here's absolutely fantastic. Games playing all around you, a bar for more adult drinks, and good, consistent pizzas and pizza accessories. I've never been in a Pizza hut that set up like this, but I can tell you I will definitely be back

Ordered a pizza through the app and according to the app it would be ready at 7:41 PM. Arrived at location and paid for my order at 7:40 PM. Waited until 7:55 and asked about the status of my order and it had not even been prepared yet. Cancelled my order and got a refund. Thanks for wasting my time and Gas. Another person waiting for her order had been waiting for an hour.
