Knew I wasn’t from here and over charged me. I ordered lamb and fish and spaghetti, what I got was bones and sum piece of meat that looked like fish which they remade in the back real quick and told me it was fresh. It was dry and tasted bland. Only reason I give it 1 star is because of the green spicy sauce they have.

Excellent food! Great service and very reasonable prices. You won't leave hungry as portions are huge. Had the chicken saqqay. Wife had goat and rice. Rice was phenomenal! Will be back for sure!

Great samosas! Goat was a little fatty and had some small bone fragments in it, but was super tasty

Just left there and the food is as amazing as the service. This is wholesome real culture. And the gentleman made me feel like a five-star customer. Even help me bring the things to my car. Yes, try it.

First time I’ve had this type of food and my group enjoyed it very much! The owner genuinely seemed excited to have us there. The rice was awesome. I really enjoyed the goat. Would also suggest the Sambusa if you don’t mind jalapeño. Will go back for sure.

Great food, very friendly service. A little unconventional experience for a typical Minnesotan in St cloud but well worth the trip. Also has a nice little grocery attached with East African staples.

I have been here 3 times in total. The first time , I ordered chicken and rice. It was really good and great service. The second time I went I purchased a few things from the grocery store that is connected to the restaurant. The bread (injera) was somewhat hard. I also purchased an Ethiopian spice (Berbere). The cashier went to the back for 5 minutes and came back with the spice. It was hard and in big chunks instead of the normal finely ground consistency. I was very disappointed because I am new to the area and I don't know where to go to get those items. I decided to give them another chance and went today. The server was very friendly and prompt. After receiving my food, he opened the container to show me my order. I did a quick glance over to make sure my order was correct. I ordered injera (Ethiopian bread) and chicken suquar (chicken curry). When I got home, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I quickly noticed there was about a half a cup of raw onions and green peppers sliced on top. I also noticed the curry sauce was on the side and was not cooked long enough. The curry sauce is cooked with tomatoe paste, berbere sauce, and onions. The tomatoe paste still tasted raw and I tasted no onion flavor. When I thought I couldn't be no longer disappointed, I noticed there was a huge portion of injera under the chicken to make it appear full. After taking out all the injera, there was only a cup of chicken. I have eaten this dish at multiple Somali restaurants, but this one by far was the only one where the veggies weren't cooked, sauce wasn't fully cooked, and the portions were under filled. I feel completely ripped off, and I will never visit this restaurant again!
