This subway is awesome! It's ~100° out today and when we walked in the AC was nice and cold. We were greeted and promptly served. The employees were all very polite and efficient! We love coming here!

I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in. The store was clean and the staff was in uniform. They accommodated me with a special order detail and the food was delicious. Everything you would expect from this franchise. I know I'm getting old, but $25 for two footling meals is getting pricey.

The second time I’ve been in about a two months period. Sandwiches have gotten beyond skimpy on everything. And today there were three employees working and they all acted like they had never worked there a day in their life. Ordered things and they just straight ignored us.

I was passing through STC and decided to pick up subway on my way home. I was the only pick up order they had and they still managed to mess up the toppings AND forgot my cheese somehow. When I arrived home I called to see if I could get a refund (I don’t want to drive BACK to St. Clair and BACK home in Union) and they said I could come back for a new sandwich or come back and bring the sandwich for a refund. I live 15 minutes away, so obviously I don’t want to bring my sandwich back and WASTE my time and gas to get a refund. When I displaying my dissatisfaction with these options the girl on the phone got an attitude. Poor customer service all around. Please just go somewhere that actually cares about their customers, if you want a sandwich Domino’s is fabulous and actually cares how they treat their customers.
