Kfc

Ordering went ok, picked up a large bag of food at the window.... Took our 15 to 20 minute drive home... Opened the bag and no gravy for the two mashed potatoes, no Mac and cheese, no butter, no honey. Called back in and the lady answered oh yeah that's my fault I forgot it. And advised us to come back. We tell her we live 20 minutes away and she says we'll take your name for your next visit. My wife asked her what are you going to give me at my next visit and the lady says well give you two gravies and a Mac and cheese. We asked her what are we going to do with that. And she says why don't you just drive back it's only 20 minutes. This was quite possibly the worst customer service experience ever.... You know you screwed up.... And you make the most intelligent offer to correct your mistake possible. Gave the store another chance 1/31/22, same order, drove home, no gravies... Call back to store and get told oops sorry you had two bags and we forgot the second one..... Is it possible the exact same mistake again.... Can we maybe hire someone that can remember to grab both bags...

Stopped and got kfc tonite after sayung i wont go back. 8 peice meal and 2 orders of fries for kids over $30. Get home the dries taste horrible.and chicken tastes just as bad. Very greasy on the outside tasting like it was all cooked in bad grease and ki inside of chicken very dry. Max n chz also very dry. Very sad and a waste of money!

I don't go to KFC often because no matter what one I go to they always seem to get my order wrong. Today I wanted a famous bowl fill up box and from the A&W side a plain hamburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Opened up the box and it was a pot pie Also no cookie Didn't check the burger at that point Went back switched it out for a famous bowl no problem. It was the saddest bowl I've ever seen. The burger had cheese on it and no pickle but my lunch was over so I couldn't go back and have that fixed I took one bite and it was dry as sand. I just threw it away. Also I ordered my drink with no ice. It had ice in it I'm done

So unbelievable how you can make such a bad spicy chicken sandwich. This sandwich was hard to chew, looked black as if you didn’t put any actual effort into making it, not enough pickles like not even the bare minimum, and it tasted dry. It was unseasoned and this isn't disappointing because I didn’t expect much from a place that makes chicken that taste like elbows but it’s just annoying. It also smells like a farm. Gross.

Although I keep saying that I’m never getting food from here again, but with it being 5 minutes down the road, I get hungry for KFC. The only problem is the Gratiot location is horrible. They can’t even get one order right. I wanted two chicken sandwiches and a large fry, but they said I’d have to wait while they made the chicken. It’s 9:00 at night and only one car behind me. When they gave me the order it was a 3 piece dark meat meal with cold fries and cheese curds (A&W also shares the building). My wife was furious. I went back and they thought it was funny that they had screwed up on the order. The chicken sandwiches seemed like they had just rewarmed the chicken because it was dark and greasy and the fries were cold and limp. I think when they screw up they should return your money for making you go back thru or something else to compensate you for the inconvenience!!
