I've been going to this particular Starbucks for 6 yrs now and to tell you the truth, I've only had one complaint and that was only this year a couple of months ago! Service was excellent but the caramel frappe was horrible it was missing the main ingredient, the COFFEE 😞 it was horrible but other than that, they are my number one to go to!!

This super convenient Starbucks is right off the 99 freeway. Friendly staff and she even asked if I wanted whipped cream. Six stars for great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is so nice , I like taking my dog to the drive thru . They are always so helpful and never refuse my dog his pup cup like other locations. Also my drinks always taste the best here . Always have a positive experience here . Usually a fast line even when there’s a lot of cars

I placed my order of two iced vente caramel machiatos and drove up to the window and paid, then I patiently waited. In about seven minutes the girl says, "here you go", I took them, they were hot. "I ordered them iced" i said. She took them back, another ten minutes, "here you go, sorry about that" she said. I drove off. One taste told me that it was not what i ordered. I was in a hurry so I didn't go back. I haven't been there since.

Very kind staff, and very professional. With today's attitudes, a little grace towards service workers would go a long way. Sometimes orders take longer, and don't take it personal. They want to do their best for YOU. Drop the entitlement and be good to them.

I want to give this Starbuck 10 stars because they had done a terrific job of customer service. I happened to place a wrong order when saying 2 shots instead of 2 pumps for syrup. The lady was so nice that she remade the right cup and also said sorry. I felt so bad but at the same time felt appreciated. Thank you for that wonderful customer service :)
