Staff doesn't care enough with our food, we paid for it, not as a free!
I ordered bulky order, staff just stack the boxes and squeeze in 1 big paper bag instead separated bag.
At home I just realised, missing my sauces

STAY AWAY- I have never come across such a horrible KFC store in my life. The 18yr old manager extremely rude due to lack of customer training handling a simple complaint, making it a personal matter when I told her that the chicken was over cooked (literally charcoal), dry and stone cold. I was told to leave and never to come back!!! Brand damaging at its finest!! The whole Incident has been reported to KFC’s corporate office!!

Absolute terrible costumer service, ordered a zinger box and got a single chunky piece instead of 3 piece chicken. Also asked for bread instead of gravy which they approved but completely ignored that request.

This kfc is first to close out of all the food outlets in the court today. And it was 4.50pm at closing time. The other day when I came to get dinner both boxes i ordered were wrong and I didn't realize till I got home with it. I have never seen a food chain like kfc ever be the first to close in a food court. Now at 5.20pm on a Saturday everything except Mexican hero is open.
