I'm not a cupcake person, but I gave it a try because I heard good things about this place. The cupcakes were delicious (taste great but a bit too soft)! The staff who helped us was friendly and courteous. We'll be back.

Simply the best of the best. As a wedding photographer I see all types of cakes displayed at weddings and I can definitely say that Social Bites is by far one of the best I've seen. The quality and taste are unmatched! And if you ever get a chance to stop in the storefront, you won't be disappointed with all the amazing pastries! It's a must try!!
P.S. Try the mint lemonade!!!

My husband was traveling on his 40th birthday. I wanted something special. Social Bites of Ruston met my expectations. They were friendly, did more than I requested, and went above and beyond to help me out. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I am thankful they were able to make his day special. I highly recommend them!

I gave this business one star because I could not give it 1/2 of a star. The cupcakes and brownies that I tasted are pretty tasty, however this will be my FIRST and LAST time visiting this shop due to the horrible attitude of the cashier. I had my eye on a brownie that I wanted but my Mom got it first so the young lady working there offered to make me another one. After completing my Mom’s transaction, she immediately went to the back. Now since she said she would make me one that’s is what I thought she was going to the back for. I was WRONG. Once the doorbell chimed to let her know another customer came she returned from the back empty handed. When I asked her about the brownie she stated that she didn’t know I wanted her to make one (while rolling her eyes) She went to the back and made it and when I told her I needed three cupcakes as well she snatched open the container that my brownie was in basically threw it down in a pink social bites box, snatched the cupcakes and put them in the box and took my payment. I’ve been in customer service for 13 years and I have NEVER treated a customer that was even of my worst days I treated customers with Love and kindness. THIS LADY SERIOUSLY NEEDS AN ATTITUDE READJUSTMENT! I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go there when she is working. This happened Wednesday, May 16 @ 1:58pm

Best cupcakes in town. Make sure you try a King Cake Cupcake at Mardi Gras time. They are the best! Red velvet is really good, icing is very rich but very good. The cinnamon cupcakes are really good too. Honestly you can't go wrong with any choice.

I never tasted anything better than this, its very aromatic. I liked the red velvet cupcakes & strawberry cupcakes. But was never disappointed on anything they sell. I think it's made with passion but that's my personal opinion.
