Wingstop

Went on line to put a order in took pick it up when I got off work which is 6:30 so I had it set to pick up at 6:45 So it’s about 2 something when I’m putting the order in they call me my 30 minutes later to tell me my order was ready for pick and I’m said no my pick up time is six when I go to Wingstop at 6:45 they tried to give me the cold and 4 hour old chicken no I won’t fresh food so they pretend to give fresh chicken got home it was cold order a large blue cheese she gave me 2 little ones and said that’s what I ordered will not go back just wasted my money

This Wingstop location gets two stars instead of one because most of the food was good. Beware when ordering from here. Add at least a half hour to the estimated order ready time before you arrive at the restaurant to pick up your food. Very slow service. I was told order would be ready in 13 to 17 minutes. Took 45 minutes. I ordered rolls. Upon arrival at the restaurant they claimed they were out of rolls and would credit me back for the cost of the rolls. If you order no seasoning on fries you will probably still get seasoning. I did. Long wait, missing items and Order accuracy issues caused the low star rating here. Update....... It is now 7/24/2021 and I have never received a refund as promised for the missing items. I even contacted corporate about the problem and never got a response. I guess this company is not interested in keeping customers. I recommend you eat somewhere else. 2 star has been reduced to 1 star.
