Lady who answers the phones refusing to cancel orders that have been over an hour waiting and no update. "i lose money if i cancel it and if you have to wait, i dont care". They really do not understand levels of customer service nor how their 3rd party providers work.

Hold the hair on my order. This place needs to shut down and close its door and call it day. Putting a negative name on subways name. Its embarrassing. Subway is a good place. Rushden hates subway. You can tell by the way they treat their customers and prepare their food
