Placed and order and received a phone call shortly after to explain that there would be a little bit of a wait for my delivery. Manager was very polite and apologetic and told me that he would make sure that my pizza was fresh and hot when delivered. I appreciated being told rather than left to wait without knowing. Great customer service and great food.

Never once had an issue with the delivery it's always fast, the food quality has always been perfect but I rated it 4 stars and not 5 because the chocolate on the deserts has changed there's just something not right, I always order 1-2 deserts and every time a chocolate pizza but the last 2 times I've ordered them something tastes off, it tastes a bit like poison... like someone's cleaned the oven and then cooked straight afterwards. So get the deserts sorted out and it's a 5 star for me, oh and the offers are superb

Ordered over the phone because the website was off its head. It was instantly noticed that the staff on the phone was new and young but still very polite and we got there in the end. The food was nice and hot and arrived within 30 mins. Although I liked it I still feel its fell short of its reputation. I guess it will improve over the next few weeks.
