Dosa Corner

Didn’t have any naan bread available, which would normally be fine, however it took 45 minutes to get our mains. Strangely, on top of that it took an hour to get our entree, which was two samosas. Samosas were dry and burnt. Other tables who came in after us got their food before us. Palak paneer tasted watered down and bland, which is a shame as it’s been really nice here before. Thankfully the biryani was yum. Caught the wait staff gossiping about us when my partner went and politely asked to cancel the order, as it had been an hour. We are both easygoing people and I have never been a fussy eater, so this is saying something. It’s a shame as the food has been nice here before, but it’s clearly gone downhill. Do not recommend.

Only one staff on weekdays serving whole restaurant, doing take away orders, collecting Menulog application and clearing tables. Staff was trying best but completely overwhelmed entire evening. Food was horrible - ran out of basic menu items and was limited to only handful from menu. On table food was horrible - over cooked Dosa, horrible biryani and horrible Sambhar. Had been loyal customer for last 7 years but over the past year way food and service has deteriorated never ever again.

We came to celebrate my birthday here however I felt this wasn’t the right choice for the day, since beginning the service was slow, waiters does not know about anything and other table customer was complaining too about their food being late and some of customer left as well bcz of late service. We order 2 meal one came after half an hour and my friend was waiting for the another meal once I finished my meal another meal came. It looks like there only one staff and couldn’t able to keep up with flow. Food was okey but rest not sure. Definitely won’t come again and won’t suggest, bad for the busines. There’s lot much better options for the Dosa like Dosa Hut

This restaurant was never as bad as it has become now. Not sure what changed (owner ? Chef?) but this is the most pathetic restaurant i have ever been. Don't get fooled by few 5 Star fake ratings here. I gave this restaurant some chance by keep visiting hoping they will improve but i am not going there anymore. The girl at the counter shows worst customer service. Wondering why this restaurant is even operating ? This restaurant doesn't even worth zero star.

Today I ordered 2 items via phone as one of the items was not listed on DoorDash app. The bloke on the phone checked with Chef and said he will get it done and will deliver himself as he stays in my suburb, but might take an hour or 2hrs to deliver. It’s been 4 hrs now and no sign of him. Myself and my kid Had to eat Bread. Appalling service and commitment. Never ordering from this place. If you can’t do it have the guts to inform and apologise.
