Wendy's

I went to this location last night because my wife wanted chili and a salad. It took ten minutes to get to menu board to make my order, then another five to get to pay, 8 more to the pickup window only to be told that the chicken for the salad was not ready so I was asked to pull up to the front door and wait six minutes. Well it was over fifteen and I had to get out of my car and stand in front of a locked door while the employees ignored me. When I did finally get the salad all I was given was a weak Sorry and a cookie. All in all, I spent close to an hour to get cold chili and cold chicken salad. This is NOT fast food, I understand being understaffed because of Covid and having to deal with shortages, I saw five people inside, and still the service was slow.

By far one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. If you see a long line at the drive-thru, drive away, avoid, do not get in line. You will wait forever just to get to the speaker, you will then wait forever just to get to your food. Hire more workers or pay your employees better, my goodness, the service speed and quality here is ridiculous. 20 minutes to get a supposedly fast food burger.

I placed a mobile order for 2 Bacon Classic Cheeseburgers. When I got home I discovered one did not have bacon. I tried to call, but the phone rings 4-5 times and hangs up. I even tried a notice on the app, but after the Captcha verifies it will not send the message. I’d drive back up there, but frankly I’d spend more money in gas than it’s worth. I just wish the order had been right to begin with. Normally their food is great. The service could use a lot of improvement.

This is the WORST GHETTO Wendy’s out there. The workers have no class. And they move at the pace where they have all of the time in the world. Will never come back. Waited in line for 30 mins. This place is ran by the dumbest human beings I have ever seen. It is racist because I didn’t see any white person working there. That place is an epic failure. Do not recommend.

went today. 12/26. people walked by me as if I were casper. I was going to give them a shot. I prefer what a burger. Manager was good. His help was lazy and I almost walked off because no one respond. A girl took my order assumed I wanted a medium tea. I wanted a large because I hate having to ask for refills from them. that is why I love what a burger. manager gave me my drink., done with Wendy's. 2 reasons. lazy employees and no refill stations. Oh your fries were not that good

Since when is Wendy’s closed on Sunday? I just went through the drive thru and 5 other cars were trying to get some food but no one was inside. Last time my husband tried the drive thru the person told him “one moment” and never came back to take his order. This is by far the worst Wendy’s. Management or owner needs to make some changes.
