No surprises here menu wise. It's Dunkin Donuts. But the drive through is inconveniently situated. The staff was nice but they forgot to put cream cheese on my gosh darn bagel. There are better options around than this spot.

If you want stale donuts, poor service and an uninviting atmosphere. This is your place. It was not busy when me and my family were there...they had a bunch of employees there that seemingly had time to complete an order in a timely fashion. But didn't. And the order was wrong. How anyone can mess up donuts and coffee, somehow they managed to do that and without a shred of customer service. Their donuts were cold and fresh from the freezer. Big mystery solved dunkin doesn't make donuts on site. They are a big microwave shop from the coffee to the donuts. Save your money and eat Krispy Kreme. If you're gonna get diabetes at least enjoy the experience.

Garbage cans overflowing, bathroom was a mess (employee exited ahead of us), the donuts were the most stale I've seen and when we asked for fresh donuts they put our stale ones back in the display after we had them in our box at our table. Egg and cheese wrap was burned to a crisp & had to ask for new ones. And the OWNER was there! I can't believe this place is still open!

Great service and wonderful people working there. Very fast so in and out. Maybe a little too fast because my bagel was missing some cream cheese. It had a little. Very little. Other than that it's a good Dunkin Donuts.

I come to this dunkin donuts very regularly for breakfast at the start of my work day. I especially appreciate the courtesy and attentiveness that Jose and his staff bring to the location. The food is always fresh and hot. Their drinks are made to order correctly and have been remade on very rare occasion.
I usually order the power breakfast sandwich either on the multigrain bun or an everything bagel. They're both excellent but I find that the egg and turkey sausage tend to be slippery in the bread which makes it difficult to eat.
All in all this is a 5 star Dunkin location.

Worst service and even worst food. Hint. Dunkins donuts are frozen and these folks just out them out ....frozen...wow. and then put them in a box and handed them to me ...frozen. 0 stars if I could.

We picked up a couple of the largest vanilla chai lattes on the menu. After a sip or two it just didn't taste right. It may be difficult to discern in the pictures, the mix or chai powder was just just dumped on top of the giant tower of ice. I didn't realize "lightly iced" meant 75% ice 25% liquid. We were pretty bummed. $3.89 for 8 sips of milk..... happy valentines day!!
