Always just gone though drive through here. Never had an issue with my orders, time in line or staff. Just a good solid Wendy’s you can rely on.

Dine in customer on the day of my visit. Customer service took my order in a friendly way and got it right.
I had the apple pecan chicken salad. I requested extra cheese. I was happy with the amount of cheese on my salad. I really enjoyed my salad today.
Sadly, the store dining area was dirty. People who sat down at a table had to clean the table top like I did. Floor needed to be swept and mopped. This visit was on a Sunday during lunch hour, but it wasn't crowded at the time I arrived.

The single is my favorite hamburger. They also have chili that was my husband’s go-to when ate at Wendy’s. We each bought the key tag for a free mini Frosty each day for a year.

EVERYTHING was delicious. I had a lg chili, baked potatoe and 2 apple pecan salads. I ate for two days.🤗

They were super patient while I was making a large order in the drive thru. The food was fresh and hot. The food came quicker than I expected. Every item was there including the sauces.

The entire staff of the Wendy's Restaurant #00011316 is amazing! They are courteous, polite, efficient, and have amazing customer service skills! From the manager to the crew members, everyone is efficient and amazing! The food is always hot and fresh, no matter if I go through the drive thru or dine in. No matter we if go for lunch or a later dinner, both day and night crew work diligently to give such an amazing customer experience! I don't permit my family to eat much fast food, but this location is always a treat for us! It is the only location I go to. Thank you team for such a job well done!
