Panera Bread

Great tasting food, fast pickup. Very lackluster customer service by one elderly lady in the morning who doesn’t greet customers well, if at all. I’ve gotten the bagel packs several times, and the bagels are consistently sliced crooked. Not sure if that’s a machine or human error. I’d give 5-stars on food and 3-stars on the morning customer service.

I was traveling and decided to stop here for dinner at about 7 pm. I love the 10 vegetable soup so I always get it whenever I go to Panera. I’ve been to four or five different Panera’s and this one is by far the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Only four other customers. And the cashiers were standing around doing nothing. There was silverware in several tables, trash on the floor, crumbs on the table and I got a peek at the kitchen while I was ordering, it was also dirty. They either need to hire a hostess to keep things clean or send out one of the cashiers every so often to check on things. I asked the manager if he’d seen the dining room and he said that he had not. I told him that this was the dirtiest Panera I had ever been in and he apologized. But since this isn’t the only review that mentioned how dirty this place is I’m sure this is a normal issue for them.

Went to Panera today and I just don't know what happened to the customer service that used to be present. The person that waited on me🤦.... Then I was by the counter waiting for my food and needless to say the attitude that a couple of them were putting off was a little less than to be desired. To top it off something I ordered they were out of and the way the worker expressed it was an experience I don't want to happen to anyone else. Hopefully one day people will realize it's the entire experience you get when you are spending money to dine out. It's a choice you make.
