Taco Bell

We ordered from door dash because we were stuck in Detroit due to a cancelled flight. Taco Bell would not answer their phone. We ordered two nacho bell grande, they had a smidgeon of meat, refried beans, zero cheese, two pieces of tomatoes and one had sour cream they were mainly broken chips. We specifically put 10 sauces of both fire and hot received zero. Also no napkins. When we called the driver his response was it’s sealed he can’t open it. Worst Taco Bell order we have ever gotten. How do you put no sauces and no napkins. Total fail by Taco Bell and also Door Dash. As much as Door Dash was paid they could have opened the bag. Q

Oh wow, my first greatest experience at this Taco Bell restaurant the Manager Gene, were encouraging me and assisting me about my missing debit card, I want to thank him and thank God! 🙂 Manager Gene was so thoughtful and caring and even took the time to try to find my card but again thank God I did found it thank you Gene for your service keep up the good work!👍👍

Now Why on gods earth do you have this ignorant rude girl working the drive-thru the service she provided from the moment I pulled up to order is ridiculous. Once I got to the window she opened it and just looked at me. I asked for her name she and told her I would be pulling over to call and report her service. I then watched her from the parking lot for 20 minutes treat every customer the exact same way. Y’all really need to get it together the ghetto service is disgusting 🤮 please todays date is 5/23 at 4pm she said her name was nivya well she should never been hired no professionalism no customer service just rude garbage. Truly sad my son had to watch an adult behavior like a barbarian

Awful service. We waited for nearly 15 minutes for a cashier to show up from the front counter despite employee noticing us. The pop machine delivered like warm soda, granted an out of ice sign was posted, generally we never had both happen. Instead of warning us they did sub frozen ones. The wait for the food was even longer, mind you no one else was in the dining area. Their focus seemed to only be drive thru. Welcome to post COVID resignation.
