Dunkin'

I have been to this location many times early in the morning between when they open and 4:30am. I have had different experiences with my breakfast order as I just get a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Some days the sandwich station is open and other some how closed, the staff tells me different stories everytime either the person who runs the station is late or another excuse. Today was different it was hey we open at 4 and it takes time to open. Well if you open at 4 shouldn't that mean everything is open then, so needless to say I won't be getting my breakfast here anymore since the service is pretty unreliable.

Every time I have been here, I have had nothing but good experiences. Staff is friendly and coffee is good. They do test some flavors that are a little odd and dive into some really weird, consumer-driven features, but that is not a bad mark for this shop. By "consumer-driven", I mean some popular items across the world are weird and you kinda don't get why they got so popular, but again, that's not a bad thing, just a preview before you get there. During seasons, they tend to have special drinks which taste nice, such as the Pumpkin Spice Latte. The only suggestion I'd give is a much larger drive thru or a separate window entirely. A lot of orders pile up quickly there and there's not a lot of road before you're on the Blvd. Great coffee, great time.

Seasonal Sips - Not in Stock LoL Went inside store to order so as to explain that I'd like half the ingredients as normal I'm my latte, they refused to do it and/or understand. Granted they're busy but was passed by by 5 employees at counter with not even a greeting. Someone emerged from the back room/men's room and asked if I was helped yet ,after a couple minutes lol Never Again

Twice this week screwed up a simple drink... I repeated myself, macchiato w/mocha, right? $3.90 drive forward is all she said again, disregarding my question. Both mornings these last 5 days she screwed up. These aren't cheap little cups of coffee just to be ignored, geez man.. I should get one free by now. How's dippin donuts?? They seem busy, perhaps they get the simplest orders correct! See.. This time when I got home this morning, I took a damn photo of my drink. Zero flavor, zero anything, just like a couple days ago.
