Very rude customer service, wrong order , no napkins. Thru drive thru wrong drink twice same trip. No apology. Lady beside me came in as well. Wrong order. I told don't expect an apology and she didn't. Won't go back

the staff is very rude. the lady at the window said nothing to me except for the price. after she handed me my food she continued to take orders & talk to other team members... didn’t tell me to have a good day, welcome me back or see if i needed anything else. i had the same experience a few weeks ago, i repeated my order 4 times through the drive thru & the lady was very rude. definitely need a whole new staff.
