Mcdonald's

I have been to this McDonalds location several times and I have never been disappointed the the service. The food is standard McD’s and has always been served warm and fresh during my visits (unlike the terrible Rolling Meadows location off Kirchoff Rd). And, the employees are nice and helpful (again, unlike that other location). I used their mobile app and I got a free happy meal for the kids and they somehow knew who I was: “is this Brian?”... yes...yes it is. In conclusion, 5stars from me for this McD’s.

This McDonald’s regularly gives incorrect orders. I am vegetarian and I always double check to make sure my order is being understood. Despite this, more times than not I receive meat in my order, making it inedible for me. I understand that these employees are most likely over worked and underpaid. I also have to admit that they do offer refund or replacement if you come back, however that is not always possible. I would only recommend ordering from here if you have ample time to fix their mistakes, and even then, you’re probably better off just going to a different location.
